Sprouted coconuts are a rare delicacy. After the coconut fully matures and falls from the tree, it will sprout in about a year. Inside the hollow of the coconut grows a soft spongey material. Blend this with fruit puree and freeze to make popsicles. The coconut meat inside has the highest oil and fat content. Sprouted coconuts contain no liquid water.
